Career Immersion Excursion Application 2026

The Career Immersion Excursion 2026 trip to Chicago, Illinois will be held Sunday, March 15 - Wednesday, March 18, 2026. 

The Hart Career Center is now accepting applications!

Selected students will travel to the Chicagoland area to engage with successful Titan humanities alumni, and get a close-up look at organizations!

  • The Field Museum
  • The Art Institute of Chicago
  • Sourcebooks
  • The Newberry
  • And more!

All students are encouraged to apply!

Students will be required to submit a resume for review. 

Students selected to attend the trip will be responsible for a $200 non-refundable confirmation deposit due February 22, 2026. The remainder of the cost are covered by generous IWU donors. Cost includes travel, lodging, and food.
